Friendly, quick response time and professional reporting on the inspection they performed for me. They actually answer their own phone!! Good folks and they will be my “go to” for any pest or wildlife services.

I appreciate their service so much! We have mice problem, another company gave an estimate of $6500 for cleaning everything including replacing the whole insulation. Then I called NCPWC, they send Bryce out next day, quickly evaluate the situation and told us there has no sign showing the expensive insulation material need to be replaced. Super appreciate! They are honest, fast acting and I would recommend them to any need help! Follow-up: I asked help for a spider problem, Bryce estimated the situation, and offer solution, he is great with communication and explain everything! I definitely recommend their services for whoever need help.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time. I showed her examples of the spider problem I'm having. She understood and provided me with a couple of options to tackle the problem. I agreed to have her perform the service and she pent about two hours spraying an insecticide inside and outside my building. She then proceeded to to brush around almost all of the interior and was able collect lots of webs and hopefully the tiny spiders as well.

Gabby was such a sweetheart. She was so helpful and empathetic to my new situation. She didn’t hesitate to get me Bob’s number and told me if this doesn’t work to call her back. I genuinely wish I had a problem so that I could just use and support you company, but I hope a review will work!!! To have people work for you even knowing you may not get the business, thank you!!! Easy to work with. They listen and address accordingly

Noah was professional and efficient during the service appointment. He listened to my concerns, addressed them, explained a few things along the way, and was pleasant to work with.

I had woodpeckers pecking holes in the Attic vent on the side of my house. An inspection was performed around the area along with of the opening and there was no opening into the attic. Deterrents were installed along the side of the home spaced around 6-8 feet apart. The holes were sealed over with a metal flashing to prevent future entry into the attic. The technician Brian Jones arrived on time, Was cordial and explained what he was going to do said how much it was going to cost $450.00. The metal flashing went across the bottom Inc. totally covered the holes!
