That is why we follow all of the CDC guidelines related to Covid-19. All of our technicians are trained to wear masks and to social distance with customers. At the time of scheduling, our office staff also reminds customers to wear masks for the technicians safety. All of the technicians frequently wash their hands and use hand sanitizer in-between calls. When taking credit cards we encourage our customers to read us the numbers off the card so that we can input the numbers in effort to not touch the customer’s credit card. It has been an adjustment period for everyone but all of our customers have been very receptive and thankful for the added precautions that we are taking. All of our employees have also been advised not to come to work if they are feeling sick or have any of the Covid-19 symptoms. Stay happy and healthy!!!
